Shipping
All orders placed on working days are usually shipped within the next 1-3 days.
During busy sale periods, we strive to dispatch your order within 1 week days from the date of order placement.
We ship with Postnord, DAO or GLS, and your order should arrive within 1-3 working days.
Please note that Raw Vision Studio cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the courier or local customs.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a product that appears to be damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at contact@raw-vision-studio.com, and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you.
Returns
Unused products returned within 14 days of the original purchase are eligible for a full refund via the original payment method .
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@raw-vision-studio.com with your return request. Include your name, date of purchase, and reason for the return in your message.
Please be aware that shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we reserve the right to verify the original purchase and decline refunds if necessary.
Shipping – Outside of Europe
Please note that all shipments outside of Europe may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about possible fees before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay any applicable customs charges upon delivery.
The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
