About Me

The Story Behind Raw Vision Studio & My Journey into Movement

I grew up by the west coast of Denmark — a place of shifting sands, wind, and salt in the air. At 13, I stepped into my first ballet studio, and movement quickly became my language.

At 15, I left my hometown to pursue dance more seriously. For years, my days were shaped by long hours of training, and I loved the artistry of it. Over time, I began to weave yoga into my daily practice. Its fluidity and quiet strength felt like coming home.

At 17, I made the difficult choice to leave ballet. I missed the movement, the rhythm, and the feeling of losing myself in it — but yoga gave me all of that in a new way. It allowed me to choose my own pace, to listen to my body, and to find balance.

At 20, I began teaching yoga and soon after set out on a nine-month journey through South and Central America.
The following year took me to Australia, then to India for my teacher training in Rishikesh, and finally to Sri Lanka, where I spent nearly a year living by the ocean. My days began with yoga and ended with salt on my skin from hours surfing in the waves.

It was here, between the ocean and the mat, that Raw Vision Studio began to take shape — inspired by the freedom of surfing, the grounding of yoga, and a deep care for the earth. I wanted to create pieces that honour both strength and sensitivity, that feel effortless and honest, and that move with you through every rhythm of life.

Raw Vision Studio is my love letter to movement, nature, and connection — and I’m so grateful you’re here to be part of it.

With love,
