A slow and intimate yoga retreat in a private Italian masseria
The Reset Retreat: Puglia, Italy
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise — and come back to yourself.
We’ll move our bodies each morning under the Italian sun, share long meals around the table, write, create, swim, wander through the local landscape and take things slow.
There’s no rush, no expectations, no performance.
Just space to breathe, sweat a little, laugh, rest — and land fully in your body.
It’s intimate, grounding and simple.
And held with care.
What to Expect
A calm daily rhythm: Days begin slowly with yoga and journaling, followed by long brunches and unhurried afternoons. There is space to rest by the pool, go for walks, or simply do nothing at all.
❋ Shared meals & long evenings
Food is a big part of the experience.
We’ll gather around the table for homemade meals, local ingredients, laughter and long conversations — the kind of evenings that don’t need an ending.
❋ Slow experiences, Italian pace
Days unfold slowly with local explorations, movement in nature, an intimate Italian cooking class, and quiet moments by the pool — all woven together with plenty of space to simply be.
❋ Grounded yoga & mindful movement
Yoga is offered as a way to land in your body — not to perform.
Classes are grounded and intentional, blending strength, flow, and presence, with room to listen to what your body needs each day.
❋ A small, social group
This retreat is intentionally small and intimate.
There is space for connection and shared moments, but also complete freedom to step back and take time for yourself.

Book Your Stay
Below is an example of how a day might gently unfold.
A day in Puglia
The day begins slowly with dynamic morning yoga, followed by quiet journaling — time to land in your body and meet the day with softness.
We gather around the table for a long, nourishing brunch, shared without hurry.
The afternoon is open and unstructured.
Massage treatments are available to book, or you might choose to rest by the pool, read in the shade, take a swim — or head out for a gentle walk in the surrounding landscape.
Later in the afternoon, light snacks are served before we come together for an intimate Italian cooking class. Using fresh, local ingredients — sun-ripened vegetables, regional olive oil, and simple seasonal flavours — we cook slowly, learn traditional techniques, and enjoy the pleasure of creating together.
The evening unfolds into a long-table dinner made from what we’ve prepared, followed by a grounding sound healing session — a soft landing into rest, presence, and integration.
