Flow Under Open Skies

Where movement meets stillness in nature.

Join us at Tangkrogen (we meet close to the Kiosk 19)  for a serene outdoor experience designed to ground, energize, and connect. We’ll begin with a 60-minute Flow yoga class at 16:30, surrounded by open skies and sea air. After practice, settle into a mindful picnic with curated snacks, matcha, and space to simply be, together.

Whether you come for the movement, the moment, or the community, this is your invitation to slow down and reset outside.
